HabitQuest is a habit tracking application with gamification elements, AI-powered coaching, and medicine tracking features. The app is designed to help you build positive habits, track your progress, and stay motivated through game-like mechanics.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access the app

5. Health & Medicine Disclaimer

HabitQuest is NOT a medical application. The medicine tracking feature is provided solely for personal convenience and organizational purposes.

• Medicine tracking does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication
• Do not rely on the app for critical medication reminders or dosage information
• We are not responsible for any health outcomes related to use of the medicine tracking feature

6. AI Features Disclaimer

HabitQuest includes AI-powered coaching features. Please be aware of the following:

• AI coaching is for informational and motivational purposes only
• AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind
• AI can make mistakes and may not always provide accurate or applicable responses
• Do not rely on AI coaching for medical, psychological, or other professional decisions

7. Intellectual Property

HabitQuest, including its design, code, graphics, gamification systems, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of Tirmizi Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Any content you create within the app (such as journal entries, habit names, and notes) remains your property. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

HabitQuest is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
